Welcome to my web site.  I've brought this site to life in order to share and exchange energy and connect with friends who enjoy challenges.  I am a husband and father, my profession is serving as an officer in the Canadian Forces; and in my free time I enjoy training and competing in endurance sports.  My goal for 2010 is to compete in the Race Across America (Solo RAAM), and I look forward to sharing my training and preparations with you.  Over the coming months I'll keep you updated on the program, planning, logistics and support team building leading up to the race start on Wednesday 9 June 2010 from Oceanside California.
